Environmentally sound containment unit
The MOD35 is completely contained in a 6′ steel enclosure that’s protected with Rotary’s exclusive Enviroguard™ coating. Our patented Liquid Detection System monitors the lift and signals the tech as liquid accumulates in the containment. And their built-in access ports allow for easy fluid evacuation.
Universal Saddle Compatibility
Our heavy duty inground lifts allow you to choose from four patented saddles: ultra-low profile, low profile, a T-style low truck front, and a tall rear.
Dual Chain Drive System
Ensures easy, reliable movement while raising and lowering.
Concrete Footer Slab
A more environmentally friendly design offers a base rebar mat and a 25 percent reduction in concrete. Abrasion Resistant Hose Guide keeps the hose out of the way of the moving piston – there are no moving parts to break.
Power unit
Each power unit is fully contained in an environmental tub that eliminates soil contamination and creates a silent operation.
Reduced Maintenance Features
The MOD35 can lower the cost of lift ownership thanks to the new abrasion resistant hose guide and slip clutch design. The hose guided keeps the hose tucked neatly away from the moving piston and eliminates the chance for breakage, while the slip clutch allows for mistakes when entering or leaving the maintenance bay.
